Archana is great here. I have had threading/waxing done at a number of places in Manhattan and in Brooklyn and this place is solid value, professionalism, and convenience. Archana is thorough, well-trained, and efficient and provides a different quality of service than others I have experienced here. I particularly appreciate the pressure points she hits in applying aloe after a threading session, its a nice notable touch.

I have been going here for a couple years, it gets the job done but pretty bad customer service. One time I was here and there was someone telling them that their workers do not have their licenses up to date to service people and they must renew before a certain court date. I come here for threading so this wasn’t as much of a problem for me; it was moreso the fact that the woman working on my brows kept stopping to listen in on the conversation - was not paying attention to me and doubled my time there. When I paid, I handed her my filled out my punch card (come 10 times and get next brows free) and she said “you’re lucky”. This isn't a big deal but I thought... read full review

I came to this place for the first time on St Patricks day and it was lovely. Diksha serviced me and was so reassuring and made me feel so relaxed. The results were exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back!
