“I am a Gold member at your car wash, but I’ve repeatedly faced an issue. The team inside handling the vacuuming is great, but the staff outside, who clean the car interior after the wash, are not doing their job properly. Every time, I find the car’s door sills dirty, and they don’t clean the glass or interior surfaces—despite my Gold membership. Additionally, their manager is rude and unprofessional in his communication. I’d like to formally submit this complaint and hope you will address these concerns to improve the service.”
Service slow. Can't keep up with demand. After going hard promoting their unlimited packages, lines and wait long. Need to open up the 2nd line and hire more personnel. Maybe separate line for exterior only service would speed it up.
Bk repair handle all of my repairs from my insurance when someone sideswipe my vehicle, and my vehicle came out showroom new I was very pleased with their work and the staff was very professional and understanding.
