Overall a very welcoming decent place. Prices are a little elevated for the end result but then again it’s begin a while since I got braids. I got about 9 cornrows to the side which costed 90, it took about two hours to do. My daughter got 9 cornrows to the side with the installation of beads which costed 100, it took about 2.5 hours. I recommend the atmosphere if you don’t mind watching church service or hearing it on their radio, it truly lifted me. But my daughter’s hair came out ok, the parts were not super straight if that matters to you and I had to have the woman touch it up afterwards. My stylist was a different woman. I watched her do two heads before and I seen that she was better at braiding then my daughters stylist. Her parting is better and she appears to be younger than the owner and the first stylist when you come in. Very nice ladies and good with children. However, I won’t be going back I’m a stickler for clean parts and swiftness. I also had a baby, we came in mins to 12 and left after 5.

Hey everyone! I just got my hair done by Rama yesterday and I definitely wanted to write a review! I used to get my hair braided all the time but in recent years I stopped because the stylist that I had for years quit. Afterwards, I just let my hair be natural but I got so tired of it, I had to find a replacement braider. It took me a long while because I didn't think anyone could be as good or better than my original stylist. I mean imagine being with someone for 16 years then all of a sudden you have to find someone new. 😕 So yes, I was definitely hesitant. Anyways, skip to now, I did my research and came across Rama and i am sooo glad I did! Rama was very nice, sweet, and incredibly gentle on my hair. I had showed her old pictures of how i liked my hair done and she went right to work. She understood 100% how I wanted it and I didn't have to worry. She also informed me that i was low on hair. I should've had more packs, and i didn't know that, but thankfully she had some of my color on her and she used that to help. My hair came out PERFECT! As you all know braiding can take hours, but for me the hours flew by because Rama was great company. I don't regret at all going to her! She made my day so nice and I was so happy when i left! My hair is beautiful and my birthday is in two days! I'm going to look gorgeous and it's all thanks to her. 🙂 After all these years, I'm VERY relieved to say I have found my new braider!!! Rama is the best and i will be going to her from now on! Thank you so much, Rama!
