Russell from New York Viking Services came over today to take a look at my Viking range, which had been making strange noises, occasionally smelled like gas, and had burners that weren’t working properly. I wasn’t sure what was going on or how serious the issues were.
Russell quickly diagnosed the problems, explained what was happening, and was able to fix and price everything out in a short amount of time. He was prompt, professional, and very reasonable on price.

I needed someone to install a new igniter in gas range and Alex was the technician they sent. I was immediately impressed with how friendly and respectful he was and how he was quickly able to analyze the problem. Unfortunately, because the range was very old, there was a lot of rust and the screws to remove the cap could not be accessed. He spent time trying to remove the rust and to access screws with different tools. He took the time explaining to me in language I could understand why it was better to buy a new range then spend the money on the repair work.
