I can’t recommend them enough - just picked my car up from a full detailing and it looks more like new than I would have ever imagined it could. It’s been trashed by our family for four years - heavy pandemic wear and tear - and they were devoted to returning it to near-pristine shape. Some scratches and stains that were impossible, but they also deep cleaned the engine, all kinds of things that aren’t obvious or usually done in a detailing. Lovely guys work here. Picked it up a day after I dropped it off.
So grateful to Elijah at Bergen Auto Experience. Our car was covered in tree sap all over the hood/roof/trunk, that had been there for weeks. I was worried we wouldn't be able to get it off without damaging the paint. After talking to a few places, I opted to have Bergen Auto Experience do the work to remove it - and even chose them over the dealership where we got the car. Elijah got the work done quickly, and the car looks better inside and out than the day we got it. (Really, no exaggeration!) Impeccable work. Highly recommend!
Very happy with my car detailing experience with Elijah. They let me drop the car off at night after-hours on Christmas Day and got it back to me by the following evening. Car is spotless, smells brand new, and they even managed to remove, clean, and reinstall my kid’s car seat. They are very helpful answering questions as well. Recommended!
