Despite what the NY Post would have you believe, New Yorkers stay awake at night worrying about bed bugs not the Desnuda in Times Square. If you've landed on this review then I'm sure you agree with me. So the other day as the Mrs and I were moving into our new apartment in Park Slope, we found a small bug on the couch. I did what I always do and looked at pictures of bed bugs online and compared them to the bug. I couldn't tell so I emailed a few bed bug exterminators to see if they would come take a look. Fiona replied first and asked if she could see the bug. I sent a few pictures and she replied right away that it wasn't a bed bug. Relief washed over me in an awesome wave. She could have easily told me it was a bed bug or that she couldn't tell and charged me for an inspection but she didn't. She is very fast, responsive and trustworthy. Should the day come that I really do have the dreaded bed bugs, I'm going to call Fiona.

We own a co-op in Long Island City, and when we found that we might have bed bugs, we asked around for help. We found BBD&A. They were professional and fair priced. They found that we did, in fact, have bed bugs and with their help, we are bed bug free! I recommend them highly.
