My family always liked shopping here for black owned products. The staff is always respectful, friendly, understanding and polite. The prices although increased are still affordable. I like how they interact with my Deaf sister and communicate well with her needs. My daughter enjoys buying her makeup here too that she can't get from Amazon. We love shopping and buying items here without any feelings of racial profiling or feelings like we are unwelcomed to do so.

I’ve bought 3 bundles & a closure 613 the other day & i LOVE IT i even recommended my nieces to come in for their sales they’ve been having & the hair isn’t bad the only problem i had is with customer service i went to the Brooklyn location & this one lady named Lala was very nasty & impatient and smelled like cigarettes BY THE WAY I DO RECOMMEND THE HAIR THEY JUST NEED TO HIRE YOUNG VIBRANT GIRLS

Love it, great customer service from staff Twana, she was really patient and helpful when helping me pick out my hair from the time I walked through the store, I recommend anyone to come to this store
