I just finished my first week of Myofascial therapy, with two more to go. So far, I am overwhelmingly satisfied with Dr. Sabri and his team. My chest has been asymetrical for most of my adult life, and in the last session he massaged through the underside of my rib cage. My left side was completely even by the time I got home. I also have a chronically stiff neck along with chest, hip and back pains, and I've experienced massive improvements within all of these groups. If you are not sure of what Myofscial therapy is, I recommend doing some research. This type of therapy can be shockingly uncomfortable, but it is absolutely worth it.
