I trained at Bay Ridge DOJO 30 years ago, and have recently began training again. Upon my return I was welcomed back onto the mat by Professor Nicasio Alonso and Professor Mike JUNCH two men who I admire and respect immensely. The training I received so long ago has never left me now that I am back. It is my honor and privilege to be able to train again along with some of the most incredible students and sensei I have ever met. Our six year old son has been attending for almost a year. He loves it and so do we. The instructors are wonderful and they are extremely patient and knowledgeable. He has benefited tremendously from the structure and discipline and he looks forward to going to every class!
