I have been a loyal customer here over the last 4 years, coming in for blowouts every time I have an occasion. I booked a blowout for my graduation last week and came in today and had it done by a trainee, which is fine as there was a discounted service for this, but I had not been informed on the phone that this would be the situation. At the end of the service she asked me if I had cash which I had only brought for tip, and when I said I did not she called the owner to ask if I could pay by venmo or CC. I just got a fresh cut at Bao and they did an AMAZING job! I am absolutely obsessed. I normally hate how I look after a fresh cut but this was the first time I was SUPER happy with the final product. Everyone was so sweet. Highly recommend!!
I was trying to find a place for a quick blowout and happened to walk by Bao an hour before they opened as an employee was opening up the shop. I asked if they had availability today and she very kindly squeezed me in right away (before they were even open)! Two women worked on my very thick hair and I was in and out in way under an hour. Only $30 for the student blowout. Amazing value. Thanks for fitting me in!!
