Hi Everyone! I hired and needed a Balloon Decorator for a special event. The Circle balloon decorations and Green grass wall with decorations was Extraordinary Beautiful. Everyone at our Event was surprised and excited with joy. The owner is a Beautiful Creative person and Professional. She will execute your vision as requested. Trust me, my building is ugly & old but she transformed the space and atmosphere feel like a special place.
