Well that really worried there for a moment that I was Scammed but a same day delivery turned out to be a three day delivery. Thanks fully it was not for a funeral or wedding. No call no apology. After I posted and left message suddenly the flowers were delivered. Never again!

Order a funeral arrangement paid $200 didn't get what i ordered the letters on the ribbon were falling off called spoke to manager was suppose to call me back and he never did.very unsatisfied and unprofessional of them not giving me a call back.First image on site what I ordered verse what i got.

Did not receive my order at the time promised. Arrangement was mediocre for the price I paid. They did not even include a real card. It was a photo copy piece of paper with message. Very disappointed. ?.
