I've been coming to this place for years. Their prices have gone up significantly. And whenever I'm getting my nails done I'm totally OK with allowing my stylist to get up and do eyebrows for 5 minutes. It's not a big deal. But when I go in just to get eyebrows done I don't get the same courtesy. They overbook themselves and rush to get to the next client. Overall I trust them but their people skills are horrible

Came with my daughter, they couldn't service us together to enjoy mommy n daughter time so I let my daughter go first. Her mani n pedi was beautiful. People asked to take pics of her nails. The nail design I asked for as simple as it looked, seemed to be too hard for the lady who serviced me. I asked her 3x to fix it, and she did try. However, she just wasn't getting it right so I left it alone. She was also pushy on the gel polish, upselling me, only to not even do the design I wanted. Jennifer did my pedi, n I wasn't really in the mood, as she had been loud n aggressive with workers already. While she worked on my toes it wasn't really a relaxing time at ALL. I love it at Anna’s. Everyone there can do nails, I will always go to them. BUT during this pandemic the prices are a little high but I rather pay them than go else where get cheaper and be upset later. I been going to Anna for the last 5 years and was never let down. I really miss Tina for the pedicure, too bad she not there anymore. But give them a try you will be happy with the results!
