I am writing to express my concern regarding a henna service I received from your establishment, for which I paid $20. At the time of booking, I was assured that the design I requested could be done accurately. However, the final result was significantly different from what was promised.

More concerning, the henna used appeared to contain chemical ingredients not typical of traditional henna. As a result, I experienced a burning sensation and an adverse skin reaction, it left my skin BURNT. DO NOT GET YOUR HENNA DONE FROM HERE!!!

Lady is so rude. She made us wait hours and then said we I sat in chair she said I have to pay first. Wasted my time, what if I don’t like her work? What would I pay her 200$ before she does any work. I’m a customer how dare she assume im a thief or won’t pay.
Boycot this store at all cost.

Terrible shop do not waste your time here ! They asked me to sit and wait, then they told me to pay before they did any service. She is so rude lady, and disrespected my mother. If I'm with my family why would you suggest I would not pay. I never pay for services before anything is done. Why would I hear ?
