We noticed low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom and their plumbers checked the supply line and fixture connections. The restriction was corrected and the water flow is noticeably stronger now.
We noticed the kitchen sink drained much slower only after cooking large family meals and their technician asked about our routine before finding a buildup that had been developing over time.
