You are dealing directly with the owners: who are transparent and upfront, unlike so many other places. Here, you’re paying for the parts and the service call ($150 in Feb’26), which in my case happened on the same day.

Had to jump on here to leave 5/5 review for this store! I had tried 3 other nearby locksmith locations throughout Brooklyn before finally finding a place that was able to copy my building key; I believe maybe the material /type of my key was uncommon. Not only did this locksmith have my key type but was able to provide cheap, speedy service - I was in and out within seconds!!

The only locksmith I have found where the key cutting actually works in the intended door!!! Been to many others locksmiths around the city and been super frustrated! Thank you All Security Locksmiths
