great experience came in for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. Ended up getting some threading done too for the harder to reach hairs. Didn’t even tear up, brows look great and she made sure I was comfortable.
I've been coming to this salon for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say the girls here are always kind, professional, and welcoming. I trust them completely with all my services, and they consistently do an amazing job.
During my last visit, while I was waiting, I witnessed something that made me feel sad. A client was being quite rude to one of the employees, even though the worker remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire service. From what I observed, the service was done well, and the employee handled the situation with patience and grace.
It seemed like the client was looking for a reason not to pay, which was really disappointing to see. I felt bad for the girl because she didn't deserve to be treated that way.
After being a loyal customer for so many years, I can confidently say this team works hard and genuinely cares about their clients. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, especially people who are doing their best to provide great service.
My eyebrows are always a hit or miss. It's never consistent and their hours aren't accurate either. There is a young girl there that was so rude when I told her she messed up my brows. I have thick brows and she made them super thin. She had the nerve to get an attitude and be frustrated with me and denied messing up my brows. Also it says 8 online and on the door but they close much earlier which is frustrating, showing up to be told they're already closed but they were just sitting down chatting and not making an attempt to actually close. They need to update their sign and hours online
