This is my 5th using Alexan HVAC services. A technician came out to diagnose my leak issue, in the end, no fixes came about. It’s $229/hour just to diagnose and they charged me $95 to insulate my unit that did not alleviate the issue at all. I spent over $600 just to diagnose, then they wanted me to pay an additional $840 for an HVAC pump and labor. Note that the $600 does NOT go towards actually fixing the issue. No explanation on why the pump itself is so expensive. Why not charge just for the pump and labor separately? I ended up with another company and they fixed all 3 of my pumps for $500. I called and emailed to ask for a refund, and have not received any responses.... read full review

I am thrilled with the work of Wilfred Alexander, the Alexander's Proficient Heating & Cooling technician. He came to the rescue very quickly and managed to fix my old Carrier boiler. Everything is good, I am very satisfied.

Wilfred Alexander is a good technician who always shows up on time. The furnace didn't need to be changed. Had a checkup and a cleaning. Alexander's Proficient Heating & Cooling should be used by everyone.
