I visited Phrost Cryo, Tanning & Wellness Spa for my birthday, and this experience will always stay with me. My daughter, who has since passed, brought me here, and it meant so much to share that moment together.
The salt cave was calming, peaceful, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and just be present, which is something I truly needed.
This place holds a special memory for me, and because of that, it means more than just a visit.

I got a spray tan and it was so amazing. It went on so even. I am very pale and I got medium tan and it’s the perfect summer glow. The owners are amazing and nice and the front desk person is the sweetest!
