Absolutely the best customer experience. Their representatives were extremely helpful in product selection. Their pricing was excellent. Once the order was placed, they made getting the items very easy. Even the delivery team was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about AF Supply.

Had to do a return on my A.O Smith water heater, and was done quick by Nacim who was a professional over the phone and helped me out to get a replacement asap. Now my issue was that Nacim was vague on the process of the return, he just emailed me a Brooklyn address. That’s it! So I had my guy take the old water heater over there and when my guy go there they said all they needed was the sticker! Also, they charged me $220.00 fee? I have no idea for what? I mean they had the replacement so I needed it right away.

Af has great prices. Af needs a customer service company to come in and do lots of cleanup work. You have to wait too long for your products. No structure leads to poor efficiency. Remember online ordering is big. Supply house and others. Some customers may opt out of returning. Small lost revenue at the end of the years add up
