Update: I reached to customer support with my issue and they were very responsive and gave me another kit at that location, so I updated my review ?The concept is nice, but they gave me a dirty gift box and forgot to put a tester as my online order indicated. Nor did they spray the bag with perfume as they normally do. I was in a rush so only realized it afterwards :(

Me and my sister took a stroll one Sunday and she was so hard pressed to go to this store because she loves the brand. A part time retail employee myself, I know that what truly makes a brand are the people that represent it. This is true for Sam and Leif. They are great brand ambassadors for this store. They welcomed us, had us wash our hands using the wonderful products and were so super friendly we ended chatting with them for almost 20 min! Then Sam and Leif took us through all the products on the wall. What I loved the most was that I didn't feel pressure to buy. This makes me want to go back and blow a bag next time! Such lovely people and kudos to Aesop Williamsburg.

Samantha at the Williamsburg location is an absolute dream. I called before stopping by and spoke with Samantha over the phone. They were so pleasant and patient with me. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and worked with Samantha to pick out a handful of gifts (which was the original reason I was there) While chatting with Samantha I was inspired to pick up a few of my personal favorites. What was great about Samantha was their friendly and calm attitude, also their incredible knowledge about every product I asked about.
