I had such a great experience at Aēsop Williamsburg thanks to Connor. From the second I walked in, he was welcoming without being pushy, and he really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He walked me through a few products, let me smell and feel everything at my own pace, and explained things in a way that was super clear and actually helpful.
What stood out the most was how genuine he was. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all—just someone who knows their stuff and wants you to walk out with something you’ll actually love and use. I left feeling taken care of and confident in what I bought.

Aesop Williamsburg provides a particularly delightful experience. I’ve learned a lot about how to elevate my skincare routine from Leif. He’s polite, friendly, professional, the type of person it’s always nice to run into. Henry has also helped me a great deal with up leveling my skincare routine.. The store itself is elegantly designed and typically enhanced by the most enticing aromas.
I didnt catch their names but I really should have because the two people working on Tuesday May 6th 2025 during the evening shift (~6pm) were the two most incredible people I've ever met, and they made my experience at Aesop -- not to be dramatic -- incredible. They were so fun and informative without being too pushy. I truly felt, and I also told them, that they made my day. This made me want to be a returning Aesop customer due to them tbh
