We went with Adkins to install a dry well and drain, and level a portion of our yard to divert rainwater from an area prone to flooding. At the end of the project, they left a mess of excess soil and debris in our garden bed (included before / after photos). While they addressed the flooding, I didn't realize we would be left dealing with excess soil removal and re-mulching our garden bed, which they used to dispose of the ground soil from the hole they dug. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER. Very Unprofessional. Never Showed Up On TimeWorkers Walked off Job. They did notHave Equipment to do concrete work nor theSkill. THEY F$@ked my entire yard upTook 5k never corrected job and just left myBack Yard With chopped up concrete took 5k of my mothers money and never came back.THIS GUY IS A THEIF
The maintenance rate was 4x what I've paid before. The estimate was too high for laying sod. There was little or no flexibility in their pricing.
