Communicative and professional. They even recommended I not get the AC serviced, to save me money (though I did choose to for my own reasons). I told them I had to leave my home at a certain time and they made sure the return delivery arrived well before that. Took a few days longer to work on it than I expected but not far from the initial time projected.
This is by farther best air conditioning service company I've dealt with. I called another company prior to Abbey for a steam cleaning due to fowl smells in which a technician came to my home, sprayed something into my vents, scrubbed it with a brush then charged me $500 saying it's cleaned without ever removing the unit. You could clearly still see it was dirty inside so I called friedrich and they recommended Abbey service as their main warranty service company in NYC. The Technicians Alex and Lugo arrived 2 days later, explained what was going to happen with my AC and hauled it away for a steam cleaning. My Friedrich window AC stopped working and was still under warranty. Abbey Service West was recommended by Friedrich for servicing. They were easy to schedule an appointment with. A technician came to my home, determined it needed a new part, took it to their facility for service. 8 days later my AC was returned, installed and works like a charm. I would definitely use their service again.
