Looked up this place to recommend to a coworker. I’ve been going here for years with my mom. Extremely surprised to see any negative reviews because I have always had a great experience here. The doctor and the staff are all really kind and helpful. Of course everyone has different experiences, but some of these reviews feel entirely made up. They are efficient and helpful every step of the way

Doctor is great. She is willing to explain everything in detail if you ask. She won’t force you to add too much to what you don’t need. Technicians are also good people and patient. They’ll give you suggestions on frames. My biggest complaint is their overly priced frames. You can find it for half the price online. Additionally, they’ll lie to you about certain things on your insurance. My boyfriend paid for copay when it’s $0 at another store. They also didn’t tell him that his insurance covered X amount on frames

I have been coming here for over 8 years. Wonderful, friendly, highly professional specialists work in this office. Alexandera is a wonderful, not in a hurry, attentive doctor. Marina is very friendly, kindly offering a wide range of frames. The girl at the reception is very nice and polite. I recommend, you won't regret it!
