I've been here a handful times and the service was pretty average but the final time was so horrible. The nail tech was way too aggressive with the e-file and ending up cutting me so bad on my toe, not even on the cuticle, the toe itself. The application of the polish was also just sloppy. Many of the techs are interested in giving you quick but poor service unfortunately. Would not recommend, save your money and go somewhere of higher quality.

I received horrible treatment from Cindy. Upon entering the salon I asked her if she could give me a manicure with acrylic. She told me yes but I’d have to wait until she was finished with the patron at the moment. I’m the meantime I got a pedicure and massage.When my pedicure was finished I sat directly across from Cindy and waited for her.

As soon as she was about to be finished with the lady she was giving service to. She points at me and says “I have to eat, I didn’t eat yet!” I said ok no problem. Ill wait until you finish eat. Whatever you do, do not have the male at the 2nd station service you. On entering i had to wait for him to finish lunch, which wasn't a big deal as I believe in self care. He came, I wanted a fill. They didn't have nude acrylic to match what I had however informed they could use the pink. During filing and shaping, he had the machine so high, it kept burning me plus he is a bit rough. Anyway I was in good spirits and endure. I asked for brown colored French tips with design of his choice on my index and fourth finger for each hand.
