Great key shop / locksmith for residential and commercial purposes. The gentleman behind the counter is highly knowledgeable and efficient, a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. The customer before me made several copies of her keys and it was all completed incredibly quickly. I came in looking for a replacement for a mortise replacement kit and this store had what I needed in stock. I was incredibly pleased with the service as the gentleman made sure I had only exactly what I needed to fix my door (not buying more than what I needed). I also had to come back later in the day to get something else, and there was a line of customers during my second visit as well....read full review
Master craftsmen who know what they are doing. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our front door locks were not working properly and I was uncertain as to what, exactly, needed fixing. John quickly narrowed it down through phone calls and photos (over email), then Larry came and did top-notch on-site work. Also, it was a pleasure to work with such nice guys.
