We ordered an arrangement from 800-Flowers and really lucked out that it was fulfilled by this company. It looked exactly like the pictures on their website, was huge and beautifully done and they’re still looking great a week later! Very happy with this place! Great job.

The first disappointment was a call from the driver @4-5:00 pm saying he needed me to come downstairs to pick up my delivery. I said no, that I want it delivered to my door. He said ok, he would deliver it around 9-10:00! I said that's too late. I said I would come downstairs, but I called my daughter who was sending me what I thought was flowers and it was delivered around 6:00. I received a huge and beautiful fruit pyramid. It was well done, but unfortunately most of the fruit was not fresh, especially the cantaloupe and honey dew melon. What a disappointment and embarrassment! I purchased flowers from here before and the first time around, the arrangement’s were beautiful.

I decide to order the second time around for Valentine’s Day, because of the satisfaction from my first purchase. Was on the phone with someone for more than 30 mins and received the exact OPPPOSITE of what i requested and paid for.

Overall, if you are requesting for a specific arrangement, I would recommend going in person than over the phone.
