The experience at this nail salon, is getting worse each time I go. I've been going there for over 10 years. The prices have gone up drastically in the last 2 years. Most of the techs have an attitude, poor customer service.

I went here yesterday for a fill-in. The place was fairly quiet except for the nail techs chatting in their native language and light fm radio sation playing. The lady who did my fill-in did an excellent job, and the design she did was awsome. I needed my nails done asap, it was quick and nice. I know I wont be a regular customer because I live in Brooklyn and this is all the way up in The Bronx and I wouldnt know about this place if my road test wasnt out there. I had a good experience and you might too

I used to go here quite often and over the years they have changed owners many times. Of course, the original owners were fabulous and the current owners, meh, notsomuch. I went in for a simple manicure and she didn't seem to understand that I didn't want the glitter crap or a start white, but rather a more natural looking shade. The polish was very cheap and lasted a few days, terrible. Also, gone for a set of tips and they were already yellowed and I told him not to put those on, still put another set of crappy tips on. Gah! I'd never go here again.
