I had been calling plumbers in the area for months trying to get someone to come and take a look at the flushometers on both of our toilets. Everyone was busy and some would make appointments and then not show up. I called Wynne and they were able to schedule someone to come out in a matter of days. They stayed in constant communication with me and let me know when the plumbers were on their way. When the plumbers arrived, they were knowledgeable and quick and were able to let me know what needed to be done almost immediately. Wynne was recommended to me by a friend who has been using them for over 30 years. I called after hours and got an associate who arranged a next morning evaluation visit. After determining that my 20 year-old water heater had to be replaced, Fred was able to locate a model that would swap out to the previous and accommodated a rush same-day delivery to receive it. Then they accommodated a Saturday installation; Hector & crew arrived promptly at 8AM, did a great installation, a magnificent removal of the old hot water heater and left the place without a trace of mess.
