This place is the opposite of what they called the office , literally don’t care , front desk have no customer service and never picks up the phone lazy sets. On several occasions I called over and over and they would not answer or have u on hold not even to ask how can they can assist . They need professional workers at the front desk. If this do not change I’ll report it to higher heads it’s called patients neglect.
