Seen so many bad reviews and still decided to come in and see them because they are local to me. My experience was a good one. The employees treated me well. They seem to have a decent amount of traffic which may have you waiting around a bit but nothing unreasonable. Employees will give you the same energy you give them. If you’re a rude customer, expect that they will be rude right back. That is all. :)

When I first arrived, I was immediately greeted. Customer service was also immaculate. But what frightened me was the prices. I've been to MetroOptics & Urban Eyes and never had to pay more than $1500 for glasses and contacts. During my visit, my total for 2 glasses, contacts and an eye exam was $3500. I almost gagged at the price considering the employee I was working with, added many discounts. I chose to pay for my eye exam and left without a pair of glasses. Customer service, 5 stars. Prices: 2 stars.

What can I say about this AMAZING TEAM OF LADIES. LOVE THEM ESPECIALLY VIVIAN. THE COMPLETE PATIENCE she has is INSANE. Gorgeous and CALM. Iris what a pleasure to speak to. Karla the Fashionista WEEEEEPPPPPPAAAAAAA.
