Proximity to home is the upside. The prices are the same or lower in comparison to other beauty supply stores which is why I try to come here first. They have literally everything in this store. It's a beauty supply/discount store with household items for purchase as well. They also have a braiding salon in the back. Multipurpose beauty supply. THE CON is that everything is tapped omg... Understandable that they don't want any theft but to try to use the product that you just bought is a hassle trying to take the tape off to get to your item.
I feel like this store is as good as it can be for the demographic area in which it’s located. I’m from Harlem and have been staying in the Bronx often and the customer service I received is ALWAYS A1. My best most recent interaction took place when a cashier’s English wasn’t that fluent but she went above and beyond to help me and was very patient. The only thing I despise is the fact the products have to be taped because people steal too much. Otherwise I can always find what I need for a great price. The wig section could be cleaner and work on its professionalism.
