I went in there and Told the lady to just clean my eyebrows , that I wanted no shape since I waited two month to grow out my eyebrows. She decided to do whatever she wanted with my eyebrows. After I left the shop and looked at myself well I started crying. Before starting she didn’t even brush my eyebrows. A total Mess !!!!

I usually go here to do my eyebrows, and they usually do a really good job so this New Year’s Eve I decided to do my lashes for the 1st time. What a disappointment. They were irritating me so much that I had to take them out and then after I took them out, it was actually worse. My eyes are completely flooded wirh water, I can’t even see they bothered me all day. I had a horrible time on the computer, can’t read any work emails. I don’t know the woman’s name who did my lashes but she did a bang up job. Now I have to go to CityMed and pay a $50 co-pay to fix my eyes. The lady in there messed up one of my eyebrows by taking off a lot of hair; I was very hurt that she knows how to do them because she did it right to a person in front of me but mines she messed it up completely is sad that people do it right to some people and then mess others. It's not professional nor nice to ruins a persons eyebrows
