Came here earlier today, waited for a gel manicure which isn't a big deal. After my old gel was soaked off the nail technician was talking to her friend. Not paying attention she broke my pinky nail. Then proceeds to start to glue my nail back. So I asked her to cut my nails instead. Nail tech then proceeds to cut all my nails down to the pink of the nail. If she was paying attention she would have done better. My first time I came here had a phenominal gel manicure. This not so much and now my nails feel raw from being cut to short.

So I usually go to another place to do my nails but I wanted something a little closer to my home. I've seen this nail salon for a few months and thought about coming but never did because it didn't have many reviews (none that were that good anyway). So I figured I'd take a chance and try them out. I will give my complete honest opinion because I am super picky. The spa pedicure was amazing, the massage was so nice. I wish there was less talking from the customers (one lady was talking so loud on the phone I felt like telling her to get out!) but you can't control it if we're in the Bronx people are going to be loud. This place is very clean, consistent, and very welcoming. The pedicures are amazing especially if you need a foot rub for your tired feet. They have a ton of color options for you to select from and nail designs. All ladies are passionate about ensuring the customer is satisfied and yes they’re are following Covid CDC guidelines!! Make sure you make an appointment ahead of time! This is a great local nail salon.
