She’s always welcoming and warm even during the piercing process she makes sure that you’re comfortable, safe and ready. I have been to this location 3 times now, and I am thrilled to say that each visit has been an absolutely fantastic experience. Savanna has been my go-to artist every time, and I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service she provides. They are always easy to get into contact with and have been incredibly accommodating to my busy schedule. Savanna is a true professional, and really took the time to explain all the details of my appointments including pricing, placement, and shop policies. I went yesterday to get the Medusa piercing (upper lip) and Savanah was very polite pleasant and caring. She took her time and explained it to me in detail step by step the procedure. The piercing of the needle going in hurts like a pinch but is quick. The store is very clean everyone is professional the work area is very clean and everything that she uses is open in front of you and explained.. I'm going back to Savanah next week to get 2 tattoos done I will let you guys know how that goes..
