Currently having an issue with an audio install back from October. Abraham seems like he’s willing to take care of the situation in a fair an equitable way. I’ll update this review accordingly when the issue has been resolved.*2/28/2024- My apologies, as this edit is long overdue. Abraham, thank you for taking care of the issue. You went above and beyond and will still have my business. 5 stars for the customer service. Fyi- the issue was taken care of the following week. I just realized I never provided an update.

I came in for 2 amp swaps. Not only did they swap out the old amps they cleaned up old wires and fix the on/off switch for the sub. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. NOT ONLY GOOD WORK BUT GREAT PRICES. BEST CAR STEREO SHOP IN THE BX???????

I had a great experience with T-rex auto sound. They installed a rear camera and an auto starter on my VW Passat 2013, and they did a fantastic job. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The installation was quick and flawless, and the price was reasonable.
