I scheduled 2 confirmed service appointments with Terminix for follow up in-home service on a contract entered into a month ago. Both appointments were cancelled by the local office without any communication from the company—no phone call, no text, no email. I only found out about the rescheduling when I called the day before the scheduled visit to reconfirm the service call. That’s hours of my time wasted!

My Recommendation to hire this company is the record your conversation! Because what you are told is going to happen, is not what happens!( Mom Raccoon & babies ) removal of Attic ! Next make sure to have a lot of money to pay for this company! And lastly Ask if the Sub contract you out to Another company, BECAUSE THEY DO !! even after telling me on the phone they don't !! Good luck having a better out come then i did !
