On September 27, I walked in to get a relaxer. I told the lady (I think her name is Paola, darker complexion) to only do the roots. She proceeded to put the relaxer on my ends. After washing my hair, she sneakily threw a huge glob of hair in the trash. She did it in such a sly way, like she didn’t want me to see. I started getting concerned and anxious because when I asked if it was my hair, she said it wasn’t and that “it’s everyone’s hair in the shop.” But it was the exact same texture and color as my hair, and none of the other ladies getting their hair done had black curly hair. I will never go back to this salon! Never mind the fact it’s disgusting with roaches everywhere, it was only a one minute walk from me. Paola has no regard for your hair. Everytime I go she is always burning me with the blow dryer to close to my roots, she gave me heat damage. Today I asked her several times to turn down the heat on my hair because it was too hot. She told me needed to lay the roots, like lady you are damaging my hair with the dryer too hot. Next she told me needed to cut my ends. She cut off so much of my hair, I was livid.
