As a potential customer you’d think the first time coming into a barber shop you’d be welcomed. I came in with a mask as requested by the sign on the door. Yet when I walked in, the owner glared at me like I was in the wrong place. I asked him a question which he answered but I felt uncomfortable so I decided not to ask for an appointment. As soon as I walked out the shop he rushed behind me and locked the door as if I were a threat he were trying to keep out. Definitely not a place I’d want to give my business to.

Walked in for a haircut, no one was waiting. No one acknowledged me, waited 45 mins, saw 6 people get a haircut after i walked in. Got fed up and walked out. Yes i understand appointments but i just moved into the neighborhood. Guess you didn't want my money and after what i saw i will never give it to you. Learn how to treat potential customers!!!!

Haircut from Luis was mediocre at best and his prices are completely arbitrary instead of charging the posted price. The other gentlemen that work there seem to be of a higher caliber. I recommend seeing them instead. Overall the environment was good and most of the barbers seem to know know what they are doing. Appointments are highly recommended.
