I'm in construction but not this type of work so I went by local reviews. R Luis had one of the best ratings. Although 2 others also had high ratings, their's seemed questionable, and after reading their negative reviews I opted to call R Luis. Ali of R Luis showed up without delay, and finished the job exactly as promised, no tricks, no shortcuts, no upselling, no extras, and no expedited-pricing pending an approaching storm. He arrived on time with a full team of hard-working, courteous employees. Ali is a young man who comes across as trustworthy and kind. His parents did well. Ali and his team did a great job repairing our attic and replacing our roof vents. His team was very careful and respectful of our living space. Their work on my attic (dispose of old insulation, install new Batts, replace old planks with safe strong boards) was thorough. They were on time and well priced. I would recommend them for other jobs!
