The only issue I had was there is no WiFi. Yes it’s an old funeral home but the parlors are freshly painted , bathrooms are clean and stocked for families and it’s decorated nicely. Alice and Shannon were very professional and funny at times which we needed. If you’re looking for funeral directors to guide you through the services , this is not the place. You’ll need to do most of the arranging yourself.

We recently held my father-in-law’s viewing at Ortiz Funeral Home, and our family had a very pleasant experience. We honestly didn’t know what to expect after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was nothing short of positive.
