I came in with my own hair and products that I wanted to use and they accommodated me with everything I asked for. I've got thick 4C hair. It's full and long. Tangles a lot but these ladies were able to handle it all. It took them three hours when usually I end up sitting for 6 of seven hours in a chair.

I’m only giving them 3 stars because I was in and out in 3 hours and because the salon was nice and clean. But they are a loud group of women who talk and even yell over eachother throughout the entire appointment. I wouldn’t return just because of the inconsiderate volume that they all speak in as well as the sloppy job they did on my hair. No reason I should get home and need to clip and trim my braids because you rushed through it.

I have been to Queen Kande 3 times now. They are always extremely quick and professional, and offer excellent service! They make sure the parts are straight, and the braids always come out very nice. The shop is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend them!
