Came here on 3/18th to get my eyebrows clean and shaped up. Didn’t get the women’s name that did my eyebrows (she was the only one in the store during the afternoon) but she did my eyebrows beautifully, I showed her a photo of a eyebrow shape I wanted to recreate and she completely executed the look! This was also my first time coming in and she was super quick. highly recommend.

Not going to lie, walked in at first and the place leaves an initial poor impression. Although spacious, it looks a bit run down and out of date. No spa frills that you might get from somewhere in Manhattan. However, I came for upper lip threading and Faria took care of me gently and thoroughly. Not only was her customer service nice but the cost is fantastic. Truly a neighborhood gem. I will be back to try them again since in my experience they're way better than Precise Brows on White Plains Rd. Hours are 10a-8p; 7:30p on Sun.

Went on an empty holiday afternoon and was greeted and treated with professional consideration. I told her I wanted a clean up but with a small arch. My eyebrows aren't symmetrically arched and she was able to consider that without me telling her. I didn't catch her name but she did a great job with service and professional work. I recommend and will come back.
