Not going to lie, walked in at first and the place leaves an initial poor impression. Although spacious, it looks a bit run down and out of date. No spa frills that you might get from somewhere in Manhattan. However, I came for upper lip threading and Faria took care of me gently and thoroughly. Not only was her customer service nice but the cost is fantastic. Truly a neighborhood gem. I will be back to try them again since in my experience they're way better than Precise Brows on White Plains Rd. Hours are 10a-8p; 7:30p on Sun.

Went on an empty holiday afternoon and was greeted and treated with professional consideration. I told her I wanted a clean up but with a small arch. My eyebrows aren't symmetrically arched and she was able to consider that without me telling her. I didn't catch her name but she did a great job with service and professional work. I recommend and will come back.

I always get my eyebrows done here and they always get them right. One girl that works there makes my eyebrows more round when I ask for a sharper arch, so that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But I go here every 2 weeks without fail.
