This lady permed my hair ! When I asked for a wash and set and the owner told me I should have told them the same day as if I washed my hair the same day as I got a wash and set ! I will be taking legal action my hair is now damaged and they said all they can offer me is a discount off my next service as if I will ever go back where someone gave me a perm after I specifically said I’m natural and I don’t get perms EVER
