I come here all the time to do my eyebrows. The last time I went was on 1/1/26 and I had a very weird experience at the end of my service. I went with my boyfriend into the shop and I got my eyebrows threaded even though I asked for wax. I don’t ever get thread so that threw me off but that’s besides the point.. when my boyfriend went to pay for my eyebrows the two ladies in the shop started eyeing each other and smiling as if something was funny.. and when he finished paying we were about to leave and I looked backed because I heard them laughing and talking in there language. Rosy is the best! She always does my eyebrows exactly the way I want and takes her time to make sure everything comes out perfect. She also does an amazing job with Brazilian, full leg, and underarm waxing. I always leave satisfied. I just wish they offered deep pore facials and hair laser services as well!

HORRIBLE! I’ve been coming here for a while, and today my eyebrows were completely butchered. I now have a bald spot, and when I pointed it out, the lady couldn’t even acknowledge her mistake. I wasn’t expecting her to fix it by at least tinting it, just at least a simple apology—but instead, I was met with disrespect and disregard. Rather than apologizing, she outright told me, “Don’t come back here.” I even showed her pictures of my eyebrows before, and she dismissed that too. Truly unprofessional and disappointing. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. A “maybe this won’t happen to me” isn’t worth the chance.
