They speak in urdu about you. Little do they know I understand everything? I’ve come numerous times for last minute threading before an event, only because they’re close to me. They are nice to your face but do not listen to what you want. When you come back / ask them to redo they complain about you to the other person. I understand it can be frustrating but how about listen to your customers and speak to them instead of about them. Been nothing but nice but officially will never return not even in an emergency.

Alka did my Brazilian and she did the besttttttttt ever. Customer service amazing. My first time and she treated me as if I was a regular. Def will be my new and forever wax lady ♥️♥️

They do brows with a threading technique or wax. My eyebrows were done quick the place is covid Clean . I prefer a more detailed experience not a rush job. I still tipped the job was done as I asked .
