Percy's is like the barber shops you see in movies, he has his regular customers who come to get haircuts and they all have conversations on topics ranging from current events to talking about memories they share with people they have in common. It's a nice barbershop, he had it renovated inside not too long ago. There's a tv that's usually on that you can watch if you're not participating in the conversation. Percy is very nice and you feel like you're hanging with family when you're there.
