So far I have been disappointed with their service. They do not communicate with me as a customer and when I called them yesterday they told me it would probably be 6 weeks before the problem is solved ! I have an apartment rented in the house and now the tenants will be without gas for another 6 weeks. Problem is I'm stuck because they have my money. If they begin to communicate and get busy solving the problem I will be happy to write another review.

I called for them to come help me with my stove and they came within two hours of me calling them. Brian was pleasant and very informative. They are very friendly and take pride in their work. I recommend them highly.

Cabonized boiler leaking carbon monixide temperature in the 20s called 10 in the morning the tech jimmy arrived 4 hours later diagnose problem. Waiting to have boiler cleaned out schedule for the following day I will have a second review to on cleaning and service so far great.
